KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Former Western Michigan standout catcher Mitchell Ho has been added to the Bronco coaching staff as a student-assistant coach, looking to help the Broncos keep the momentum going after the school's first ever MAC Tournament Championship in 2016.
"Mitch is a very special individual and he will be a great addition to our staff," seventh year head coach Billy Gernon said. "He brings championship experience having helped lead us to our first ever MAC Tournament title in 2016."
Ho, a 2015 Second Team All-MAC selection, will be taking over for Will Nimke who moved on to Concordia University in Ann Arbor as a graduate assistant coach.
