Ban NHL All-Star break

I thought about watching the All-Star game this year, except I know that it isn’t very fun most years and the only high point is the skills competition the day before the game. This year the league changed the format. Now fans vote for three starting players from each division to play the three-on-three game, as they do in the new overtime this season. Then every player who was voted in has to be voted into a skills competition, which the fans can do using a hashtag on Twitter.

This year’s All-Star game already caused craziness. John Scott, formerly of the Arizona Coyotes, was voted in by fans on what seemed to be a joke at the start, but picked up steam.
