Sitting at 6-17 and 0-10 in the Mid-American Conference, the Western Michigan University men’s basketball team is still searching for the first win of 2019 as they begin the second half of Mid-American Conference play. After losing their tenth straight game this past weekend the Broncos remain winless in the MAC and the six wins recorded in the non-conference season are all head coach Steve Hawkins team has to show for.
The Broncos have not won a game since December 30 and the remaining schedule does not look to kind for WMU. The question is why are the Broncos having a historically bad season after they won a share of the MAC west title last year?
