KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan senior Addison West has made WMU Football history, becoming the second player in program to be named a FBS Consensus All-American.
The guard from Cary, Ill., joins WMU legend Corey Davis in the Bronco history books. Davis earned the honors in 2016. To be named a Consensus All-American, a player must make three of the five major All-American teams: American Football Coaches Association, Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, The Sporting News and the Walter Camp Foundation.
West was a voted a First Team All-American by the Associated Press, Football Writers Association and Walter Camp Foundation.
