Western Kentucky women’s soccer coach Jason Neidell announced the addition of Dee Dee Green to the 2016 roster Tuesday.
Green comes to WKU from the University of Arkansas and is enrolled for the spring semester. She has one season of eligibility remaining after playing three seasons on the backline with the Razorbacks.
During Green’s three years with Arkansas, the team advanced to the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back seasons in 2013 and 2014. As a freshman in 2013, Green and the Razorbacks made it to the Sweet 16 before losing to Duke on penalty kicks. In 2014, Arkansas advanced to the second round.
