Quinton Baker learned quickly he's not in high school anymore.
The Western Kentucky running back is getting on-the-job orientation during the Hilltoppers' spring practice as an early enrollee freshman.
"The first practice, I came out here intimidated," Baker said. "After that first hit, it was just football at the end of the day. ... I feel like this is more fun than high school already. The competition level makes it more fun. High school practice, you could goof off.
"Out here, you take one play off, you're done for. You're going to be exposed."
It's a whole different world for Baker, a 5-foot-10, 180-pound back from Ashland Blazer High School.
