Western Kentucky's quarterback hopefuls all agree there's one thing they simply can't do in 2016.
That's try to be Brandon Doughty.
The Hilltopper candidates have massive shoes to fill as Doughty chases his NFL aspirations after graduation, but their plan is to lead WKU's high-octane offense forward in their own way.
"We're all our own players in our own right, and we need to be that player," redshirt junior quarterback Mike White said. "Brandon was a great player, don't get me wrong. His numbers speak for themselves and he's a great guy, but we're not him.
