Pancake Thomas hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer at the end of the first overtime, and WKU took control in the second to defeat Kentucky Wesleyan 103-97 in double overtime Saturday night in E.A. Diddle Arena.
Junior Lomomba led the Hilltoppers with 29 points, including seven 3-pointers, and Thomas had 24 points as WKU outscored KWC 10-4 in the second overtime period.
Justin Johnson propelled WKU in overtime with 12 points after being held scoreless in regulation and hauled in 14 rebounds.
