There are only eight players in the country with more blocks per game than Western Kentucky's Ben Lawson.
One of them visits E.A. Diddle Arena this week.
And it's not just one of the best, but the absolute best.
Lawson and the Hilltoppers (8-6 overall, 0-1 Conference USA) square off at 7 p.m. Thursday with Florida International, led by senior center Adrian Diaz.
"I love the challenge," Lawson said. "We played them last year. If I see a big man is running a team, I love to take that challenge head on and try and make an impact on the defensive end specifically to stop him.
