The Western Kentucky women’s tennis team capped off its week with a 5-2 win Saturday over Lindsey Wilson (7-4) to improve to 3-0 on the week and 9-4 on the season.
WKU took the doubles point with wins at all three spots. Andreanna Christopoulou and Melita Setyawan picked up their eighth win of the season with a 6-0 win at No. 1. Tereza Hejlova and Elpida Malamou improved to 6-2 on the season together with a 7-6 win at No. 2. Gabby Crofford and Cassie Pennington teamed up for only the second time this season and earned a 6-4 victory.
