The Western Kentucky football team completed its coaching staff Tuesday with the hiring of Dale Williams as offensive line coach.
Williams, 45, replaces former offensive line coach Neil Callaway, who accepted the same position at Southern California last month.
Williams most recently worked at the college level as offensive line coach at Florida Atlantic from 2005-11. WKU coach Jeff Brohm was the Owls' quarterbacks coach in 2009.
Since 2012, he's coached at Lake Worth High School and Olympic Heights High School as an assistant and head coach, while also working in private business.
During Williams' time at FAU, the Owls were co-Sun Belt Conference Champions in 2007 and won their first bowl game in their first appearance, a 44-27 victory in the New Orleans Bowl.
