The Hilltoppers (14-10, 3-3 Conference USA) open the three-game series at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Game two with the Blazers (10-15, 2-4) is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, followed by the finale at 1 p.m. Sunday.
Before last season at Nick Denes Field, the teams had not met since 1994. WKU holds a 29-28 advantage in the all-time series.
History could be made in the series for the Tops. Senior third baseman Danny Hudzina has a 29-game hitting streak, which is two games from tying Matt Rice's program record.
Austin King will get the start for WKU on Friday, followed by Josh Bartley on Saturday.
