O'Bryan, an Ashland Blazer High School product, joins Caldwell County's Dee Cain as prep players who will join the Hilltoppers for the spring. WKU has also already signed junior college defensive tackle Chris Johnson.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pound O'Bryan tallied 109 total tackles, 16 tackles for a loss, two sacks and three forced fumbles in 2015 for Ashland Blazer. He also added a fumble recovery, an interception, three pass breakups and a safety to go along with two receiving touchdowns.
O'Bryan was named a first-team all-state honoree by The Associated Press. He's ranked a two-star prospect by Rivals, Scout and 247Sports.
