FORT MYERS, Fla. - Senior Ellinor Haag fired a two-under 70, the second-best score in the field of 55 golfers, to push the WKU women's golf team into a tie for fourth place through 36 holes at the 2016 C-USA Women's Golf Championship at the Verandah Club on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lady Toppers finished with a 16-over 304 in Tuesday's second round, bringing the team's total to 33-over 609 (305-304) after two days of action. WKU is tied alongside UTSA for fourth place and is 17 shots back of Middle Tennessee, who leads with a 16-over 592 (296-296).
