BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU hosted the press conference for its fifth annual Spread the Red Education Day game set for Jan. 21 at 11:00 a.m. (CT) against Old Dominion inside E.A. Diddle Arena on Monday morning.
Students from Warren County and Bowling Green schools were in attendance for the event, which featured statements from Athletic Director Todd Stewart, superintendents Gary Fields and Rob Clayton and Head Coach Michelle Clark-Heard.
Over the last four years, WKU has averaged 4,483 in attendance for its Spread the Red Education Day games, including 4,733 for last year's 80-43 victory over Florida Atlantic.
