BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU is set to go on the road for the first time in conference play as the Lady Toppers travel south to Florida for a pair of games, first taking on FIU in Miami, Fla., at 6:00 p.m. (CT) Thursday evening.
In its last time out, WKU opened its second season as a member of Conference USA with an 81-52 victory over Marshall inside E.A. Diddle Arena last Saturday afternoon. Five Lady Toppers scored in double figures, led by sophomore Tashia Brown's 21 points.
Freshman Dee Givens tallied a new career-high with 18 points against the Thundering Herd, sophomore Ivy Brown added 16 points, redshirt junior Kendall Noble had 11 and freshman Kayla Smith finished with 10.
