BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - C-USA Player of the Year Kendall Noble recorded the first triple-double in C-USA Tournament history and second of the season, but WKU fell just short, 66-63, in the C-USA Quarterfinals against Marshall inside Bartow Arena on Thursday evening.
Noble led the Lady Toppers (24-6) with 17 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists and became the only player in the nation with a pair of triple-doubles this season. Noble owns both triple-doubles in WKU history after also notching 17 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists against Charlotte on Jan. 23.
The trio of Tashia Brown (14), Ivy Brown (11) and Taylor Brown (11) joined Noble in double figures on the night.
