BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Sophomore Tashia Brown scored a career-high 23 points and fellow sophomore Ivy Brown added her third double-double of the year as WKU defeated Eastern Kentucky 76-60 inside E.A. Diddle Arena on Wednesday evening.
Brown remained hot for the Lady Toppers with her third consecutive 20-point game, knocking down nine of her 19 attempts (47.4 percent) from the field. The Lake Park, Ga., native also added seven rebounds and six assists as she stuffed the stat sheet for WKU, becoming the first player with three straight 20-point games since Chastity Gooch also had three in a row from Feb.
