BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - All tickets for Saturday's matchup between WKU and Charlotte will be on sale for 85 cents to honor the 1984-85 and 1985-86 Lady Toppers Basketball teams as announced by the WKU ticket office Monday morning.
The two teams, which combined for a 60-10 record and reached the NCAA Final Four in both seasons, will have a reunion prior to the game and will be recognized at halftime. Notable players from these teams include All-Americans Clemette Haskins, Lillie Mason and Kami Thomas, 1986 Freshman All-American Debbie O'Connell and legendary Lady Toppers coach Paul Sanderford.
