RUSTON, La. - WKU closed out its regular season with a 69-58 victory over Louisiana Tech on Saturday evening inside the Thomas Assembly Center as C-USA Player of the Year candidate Kendall Noble led all scorers with 29 points.
Saturday's victory marked Michelle Clark-Heard's 100th victory in 130 games since taking over the program before the 2012-13 season. Only legendary coach Paul Sanderford has reached 100 wins more quickly in Lady Topper history, hitting the mark in 127 games. Clark-Heard is also just the 18th coach in NCAA history to win 100 games in her first four seasons at the Division I level.
