RUSTON, La. - WKU is set to close out its regular season on Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. (CT) with a visit to the Thomas Assembly Center in Ruston, La., to face Louisiana Tech in the 42nd all-time meeting between the two sides.
The Lady Toppers enter having won each of their last three games, including a 54-53 victory at Southern Miss in their last time out on Thursday evening. After racing out to a 19-2 lead in the first quarter, WKU fended off a late rally by the Golden Eagles as C-USA Player of the Year candidate Kendall Noble scored WKU's final seven points, five of which came from the free throw line.
