Western Kentucky junior Khadijah Valentine earned two titles on the track and five other events were claimed by Hilltoppers at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational on Friday and Saturday at Cardinal Park in Louisville.
WKU claimed seven overall first-place finishes on the weekend. Valentine proved she is one of the best in the NCAA East Region, taking the top trophy in the 100- and 200-meter dash (11.60, 23.51).
The Toronto native was also a part of the 4x100 relay team with Peli Alzola, Ariel Terrell and Jadzia Beasley who took third place with a time of 45.
