BOWLING GREEN, Kentucky -- The WKU men’s and women’s track and field teams resume action this weekend as the Hilltoppers and Lady Tops once again travel to Nashville, Tennessee, to compete in Vanderbilt’s Commodore Invitational.
WKU is coming off a pair of top three team finishes at Purdue’s Gene Edmonds Invitational last weekend as Ventavius Sears helped the men’s team to a second place finish while the Lady Toppers placed third. Sears was named Conference USA’s Men’s Track Athlete-of-the-Week for his performance.
WKU will be one of 17 teams competing this weekend at Vanderbilt’s Recreation Center.
