BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Athletes from the WKU track and field team are set to compete at both the Kenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational and Virginia Challenge this weekend.
The majority of the men’s and women’s teams will head north to compete at the Kenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational hosted by the University of Louisville. The event will begin Friday afternoon with the men’s and women’s hammer throw competitions and will last throughout the day Sunday.
In addition to WKU, teams from Cincinnati, Eastern Kentucky, IUPUI, Northern Kentucky, Valparaiso, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Xavier along with the host Cardinals are slated to compete at Cardinal Park.
