BOWLING GREEN, Kentucky -- - The WKU Indoor Track and Field team is set to resume action Saturday after nearly a month off as the Hilltoppers are set to travel up I-65 to compete in the Gene Edmonds Invitational on the campus of Purdue University.
WKU head coach Erik Jenkins saw a brief glimpse of his team in early December as the Hilltoppers traveled to Nashville to compete in the Indoor Opener Invitational on the campus of Vanderbilt where Jenkins saw some highlights from his young squad.
“We have a young team this year as the majority of our core are sophomores,” Jenkins said.
