Tired of narrow losses, WKU hopes to finish with wins at home

Momentum is crucial as the Western Kentucky men's basketball team finishes the regular season.

Victories would be even better.

"We need to win some games," coach Ray Harper said.

The Hilltoppers (14-15 overall, 6-10 Conference USA) are undoubtedly playing better basketball than they were a month ago, but it hasn't consistently translated to wins.

In order to head into next week's C-USA Tournament the right way, Harper said he'd like to see his team string some positive results together.
