Western Kentucky turned two more official visits into commitments Monday with verbal pledges from offensive lineman Tyler Witt and cornerback Gaej Walker.
Both players visited WKU last weekend for bowl practices and committed within minutes of each other Monday afternoon. They bring the Hilltoppers' total to 22 commits in the 2016 class.
Witt - a 6-foot-3, 305-pound offensive guard from Joliet Catholic Academy in Joliet, Ill. - helped lead the traditional powerhouse to a 10-2 record this year, according to MaxPreps.
Witt said WKU's "hands-on" engineering program and his relationships with the football coaching staff and players sold him on the school.
