No. 24 WKU focused on little things heading into second weekend of spring

There was an excitement around E.A. Diddle Arena leading up to last Sunday, with Western Kentucky's spring volleyball season set to get started with a regular slate of games in place for the first time since 2019.

WKU beat Mercer and Bellarmine in those games to move to 3-0 on the 2020-21 season and move up one spot to No. 24 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association rankings, and now enter Sunday's final tune-ups before the start of Conference USA play against Saint Louis and Evansville focused on the details.

"The theme this week has been the little things are the big things," WKU coach Travis Hudson said.
