Moustapha Diagne intends to graduate, transfer from WKU

With the 2019-20 roster continuing to taking shape for the WKU basketball team, another domino fell for head coach Rick Stansbury on Thursday morning.

Forward Moustapha Diagne intends to graduate this summer and transfer to another school, WKU basketball confirmed Thursday.

Diagne will have one year of eligibility remaining at his next school, which will be the third stop in his college career. Diagne, ranked as the No. 58 player in the the Class of 2015 by ESPN, signed with Syracuse out of high school.

But Diagne never played for the Orange, instead spending the 2015-16 season at Northwest Florida State College before before declaring for the 2016 NBA draft.
