BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — If there’s one word to sum up the WKU men’s golf team’s optimism for the 2016-17 season, it’s “depth.”
“Every tournament we play, we’re looking to get that win,” sophomore Stuart Easton said. “There’s so much depth on the team and it’s such a good roster that there’s no reason that we can’t turn up to every tournament and finish at the top. That’s always the goal, and that’s what we’re working for every day.”
The Hilltoppers return their top three finishers from last year’s Conference USA Championship, as well as several other veterans to go along with two promising incoming freshmen.
