M. Basketball. Hilltoppers Finish Long Road Swing at Detroit Mercy

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU Hilltopper Basketball completes its seven-game, month-long road swing at Detroit Mercy at 1 p.m. CT Saturday in Detroit, Mich.

The Hilltoppers (4-6) are coming off a 73-51 loss at No. 20 Saint Mary’s, in which the Gaels tallied 23 assists on 31 made baskets. WKU hasn’t played at home since Nov. 22.

WKU leads the all-time series against Detroit Mercy 2-1, including the Hilltoppers’ 79-74 win in Bowling Green last year. The Titans (1-9) have lost nine straight games since an opening win over Adrian. They’re led in scoring by Josh McFolley and Jaleel Hogan, who each average 13 points per game.
