Redshirt sophomore Ty’Ron Horton and redshirt freshman Cecil Stallings weren’t listed on an updated roster posted Monday by the team. Program spokesman Kyle Neaves confirmed that both are no longer members of the team.
Stallings was one of seven current or former Hilltopper football players indicted last week for involvement in a March incident at the WKU Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house.
Stallings was charged with first-degree complicity to wanton endangerment, fourth-degree complicity to assault and third-degree criminal trespass.
He and teammates Quinton Baker, Chris Johnson, Xavier Lane, Tyler Obee and Jahcour Pearson were all suspended indefinitely from team activities.
