Western Kentucky laid the groundwork of its 2018 signing class in December, announcing 13 prospects who had signed national letters of intent.
That early work means Wednesday – the traditional National Signing Day – has been about filling in gaps and rounding out the class.
The Hilltoppers announced eight more prospects as of 7:50 a.m. Wednesday, with more expected to sign throughout the rest of the morning.
The program announced its new signees on Twitter as each NLI rolls in. Coach Mike Sanford is scheduled to speak about WKU’s new signees at a 2 p.m. news conference.
