John Pawlowski says the challenge of making Western Kentucky baseball a winner again brought him to Bowling Green two years ago.
Two frustrating seasons later, the coach said he still believes the Hilltopper baseball program can get on the right track.
Pawlowski talked recently to the Daily News in his office at the Paul C. Orberson Baseball Clubhouse. He spoke days after WKU wrapped up its 2017 season with an overall record of 16-39, including a 6-24 mark in Conference USA games.
“We certainly feel like this was obviously a disappointing year for a lot of reasons,” Pawlowski said.
