Bac Totrong/Daily NewsGivens came off the bench in WKU’s 101-47 win over Florida International on Thursday to record her first career double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. She’s put together back-to-back double-digit games and is averaging 11 points and 4.7 rebounds through three Conference USA games.
Givens started the first four games of the regular season and showed promise from the beginning with 20 points and 16 points in the first two games against Missouri and Iowa, respectively, but offensive production dropped significantly as WKU (12-4 overall, 3-0 C-USA) experimented with different lineups in the nonconference schedule.
