The Western Kentucky men's basketball team's last matchups with UAB and Middle Tennessee provided some optimism.
Now the Hilltoppers get to gauge whether or not they've continued to improve with a pair of rematches.
WKU (13-14 overall, 5-9 Conference USA) takes on two of the top teams in the league on the road this week, starting at Middle Tennessee at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Murphy Center in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
"It's always great when you know you can beat a team," WKU freshman guard Chris McNeal said. "Those are the top two teams in the conference, and we played them very well the first time.
