BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Kenny Perry maintained a one-stroke lead over Bernhard Langer and Billy Andrade with a 2-under 70 in Friday's second round of the Regions Tradition.
Perry – a Franklin resident and former Western Kentucky golfer – followed a bogey-free opening round in the first of the year's five PGA Tour Champions majors with three birdies and a bogey at Greystone Golf and Country Club. The 2014 Regions Tradition winner at nearby Shoal Creek is at 10-under 134.
Langer picked up one stroke with a round that also included one bogey. Andrade birdied the final hole for a 68, including six birdies and two bogeys.
