Former Western Kentucky women’s basketball player Bianca McGee is now the head coach at Wiley College. McGhee played for the Lady Toppers from 2012-14 after transferring from Kilgore College.
She helped WKU to a 2014 Sun Belt Conference Tournament championship and finished with 646 points, the sixth-most in WKU history among two-year players. She hit 95 3-pointers and totaled 94 assists and 49 steals in her career.
McGee spent last season as an assistant coach at Trinity Valley Community College. In 2015-16, she was an assistant at Ranger College and served as acting head coach.
Wiley College, a historically black, private liberal arts college in Marshall, Texas, went 22-7 in the Red River Athletic Conference last season and competes in the NAIA.
