BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU enjoyed clear skies and cool temperatures on Saturday as they worked through their second scrimmage of the spring season on Saturday inside Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium.
It was a day that could be best summed up by consistency as the WKU quarterbacks, continuing to fight to replace Brandon Doughty, found their rhythm early, throwing for a combined 410 yards and four touchdowns.
“I thought we had a good scrimmage today,” said head coach Jeff Brohm. “There is all kinds of room to improve (offensively), but the quarterbacks were a little more consistent.
