BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Former Hilltopper quarterback Brandon Doughty and tight end Tyler Higbee will represent WKU at the 2016 NFL Scouting Combine, held at Lucas Oil Field in Indianapolis, Feb. 24-29, the National Football League announced on Thursday.
Conference USA’s only consecutive Most Valuable Player, Doughty, and the league’s First Team tight end, Higbee, will spend their time at the Combine meeting with NFL teams and going through a range of workouts to test their abilities against the nation's best.
They are the first Hilltoppers to participate in the combine since Antonio Andrews, Jonathan Dowling and Andrew Jackson in 2014.
