Football. Football Practice Report - Sept. 20

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — As the Hilltoppers prepare to host the first-ever Southeastern Conference opponent in Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium on Saturday, the WKU offense is preparing for one of the conferences most stout defenses, one which limited WKU to just 14 points and 246 yards last season.

“It’s going to be a challenge for us offensively,” said co-offensive coordinator Brian Brohm on Tuesday. “They’ll give us multiple looks and they are stout up front. We have to execute at a high level to be able to attack it.”

One of the ways the Hilltoppers will have to attack the Commodores offensively will be on the arm of junior quarterback Mike White.
