BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – After a day of travel and welcome events, No. 25 WKU got back to work with their first practice in Miami ahead of Monday’s Miami Beach Bowl.
WKU (11-2) practiced for roughly two hours Friday morning at Orange Bowl Field at Moore Park in Miami, just minutes off the beach, as the HIlltoppers prepare for a talented South Florida (8-4) team.
“It was good. We were a little sluggish in beginning,” said Conference USA MVP quarterback Brandon Doughty of the first practice of the weekend.
