Ex-Western Kentucky women’s basketball signee Akira Levy announced Friday morning her verbal commitment to play at the University of Missouri.
Levy, who signed with the Lady Toppers last fall but requested and was granted her release from WKU last month, announced via Twitter, “I’m happy to finally find my new home.”
“It has been a crazy ride but I am super thankful for everything that happened and that my journey has led me to my future family … the University of Missouri,” Levy shared in her Twitter post.
