MORGANTOWN, W.Va – The West Virginia University rowing team will travel to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to take on Alabama and Tennessee on the Melton Hill Lake in the first ever Big 12 Duals on Saturday, April 8.
“The primary goal for this weekend is to execute a more complete race from start to finish; that’s both a technical goal and a competitive goal,” coach Jimmy King said. “We’ve been working on specific race elements in training throughout the week and now it’s time to nail it down in racing.”
West Virginia will begin the event on Saturday with a dual race against Big 12 affiliate member Alabama.
