WVU Plays for First Ever Big 12 Title Today

OKLAHOMA CITY – The West Virginia University baseball team makes its first ever Big 12 Championship Game appearance at the 2016 Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship on Sunday, May 29, at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. CT.

WVU, seeded fourth, will face No. 3 TCU in the conference championship game in Oklahoma City at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The winner will earn the league’s automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.

The Mountaineers won their first three Big 12 Championship games and are 36-21 on the season. WVU has won four in a row and 17 of its last 20 games.
