Live results can be found at flashresults.com. The two-day competition is hosted by Wake Forest. Friday’s competition is set to begin at 9:30 a.m., while Saturday's competition starts at 9 a.m.
“It’s unbelievable how quickly this year is flying by,” coach Sean Cleary said. “Cross Country doesn’t seem so long ago, and here we are stepping into the outdoor track season. The trip to North Carolina this weekend is something we look forward to. We are competing a lot of our student-athletes in off events as we gear up for the season.”
In addition to West Virginia, the Demon Deacons are hosting 31 schools at the meet this weekend.
