MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — For the fourth time this year, the WVU football program has secured a verbal commitment from a transfer player. North Carolina State defensive end Joseph Boletepeli is bound for Morgantown.
Boletepeli has played two seasons with the Wolfpack. As a freshman in 2018, he appeared in 3 games, seeing action on 32 snaps and collecting 2 tackles. Last fall, he played in 7 games and was credited with 11 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
Boletepeli is a native of Raleigh, N.C. and played at Heritage High School for a prominent coaching staff that featured former NFL players Dewayne Washington, Torry Holt and Willie Parker.
