Penn State is breaking in new coordinators on both sides of the ball, with Andy Kotelnicki coming over from Kansas and Tom Allen fresh off his era as Indiana’s head coach. What’s changing for the Nittany Lions in terms of scheme, and how is the install going through fall camp?
How about the fact that Penn State also has a new special teams coordinator? All new faces as the “head coaches” of those units. But I do think there will be a lot of continuity, too.
