WVU Completes Day One of Penn Relays

The first day of competition at the Penn Relays was highlighted by the Mountaineers’ distance medley relay team posting a top-three finish and a top-six finish in the women’s college long jump.

In the women's college high jump, senior Hannah Stone tied for 10th place with a mark of 1.67 meters, and freshman Faith Penny tied for 18th, jumping 1.63 meters.

Competing at the prestigious Penn Relays for the sixth consecutive year, the Mountaineers will conclude competition at the event tomorrow.
