The Mountaineers showed exactly why they should still be considered a national contender with an 82-52 win against Texas Tech at the WVU Coliseum. A 30-point win is exactly what this team needed to fuel itself for a run, here, in the second half of the season.
The win was fueled by an offensive explosion. Katrina Pardee knocked down six 3-pointers and finished with 23 points to lead the WVU basketball team. West Virginia got up early on the Red Raiders and by the end of the first quarter it was a 24-10 advantage by the home team.
